Ltd. was established during 1986 by young enthusiastic entrepreneurs to manufacture wound components, using Laminated/Ferrite cores for application in TV, X-ray machines and electrical & electronic appliances for low/high frequency applications such as step up/step down Transformers, SMPS Transformers, Filters, Chokes and Degaussing Coils etc. and had made a humble turnover of Rs. 0.5 million during the very first year, operating from Laxmi Nagar.

With the persistent hard work, vision and encouraged by satisfied customers from various Industrial segments, by 2002 it has grown as a multi product company and touched the group turnover of Rs. 60 million and its products are well accepted by quality conscious industries.
